There's no equipment to buy. A TaxiCall Virtual Circuit runs using just the drivers' mobile phones. When a passenger calls, they speak direct to a driver.

How does it work?

  • You get a great memorable local or 0800 number - contact us for a list of available numbers or supply your own.
  • We host the phone number and manage the call routing.
  • Customer calls are distributed fairly to available drivers in your group.
  • All the driver needs is a mobile phone. They can log in and out of the circuit by phone with no call cost.
  • Calls are routed directly to the driver's mobile in the cab. The passenger speaks to the driver to arrange pickup.
